• I can't sing. Is this still for me?

  Especially for you. There's no jury, no score, no audience: just your people, the lyrics on screen and a door that closes. Most people walk in saying “I don't sing” and walk out hoarse.

• Is it embarrassing?

  For the first five minutes, maybe. Then the door shuts and you forget, because nobody outside your own group can see or hear you. Opening trick: start with a song everyone knows, so the chorus belongs to the group and not to you.

• Is there a cover charge or a minimum spend?

  No per-person cover and no minimum spend. You pay for the room per 90-minute session, plus whatever you order inside. The price list is published before we open, and we tell you the price of your room when we confirm your booking, before you come.

• Who else will be in the room with us?

  Nobody. The room is exclusively yours for the whole booking. No strangers walking in, no sharing a mic with another table, no waiting your turn. The crew knocks before entering, and only when you call them.

• Do you have Greek songs?

  Yes, and the list is growing. The catalogue runs on Singa and is strongest on international music: pop, rock, R&B, K-pop, Disney and soundtracks. Greek titles are being added right up to opening. Search what is there now and tell us what is missing.

• Can we eat and drink in the room?

  Yes, and you never have to leave: order from the room and the crew brings it to your door. Cocktails, beers, wine, soft drinks, snacks and a lot of water for your vocal cords. Bringing a birthday cake? Tell us when you book and we'll time it for you.

• How long does a session last?

  90 minutes. Want longer? Book two or three sessions back to back, up to 4h30, and if the room is free after you, we extend on the spot. First time out, book a bit more than you think you need: time moves differently when you're singing.

• How many people fit in a room?

  It depends on the destination: Tokyo and Kowloon are built for a few people, New York and London for a crowd. Exact capacities are confirmed before we open. If there are a lot of you, we combine rooms or give you the whole venue.

• What if we're running late?

  Message us and we'll hold the gate. Your time still counts from the scheduled departure, because another group takes off after you. But if the room is free, we'll add the time on at the end.

• Can we cancel or move our booking?

  Yes. Message us and we'll move it, subject to availability. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is to find a slot that suits you.

• Can we bring kids? Is there an age limit?

  Yes. Until 20:00 the rooms are open to all ages, and under-18s always come with an adult. From 20:00 they are 18+ only. The earliest slots are the ones for families and kids' parties.

• Do you do private or corporate events?

  All the time: birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, school outings, team building, company parties, or the entire venue to yourselves. Send the date, the headcount and what you have in mind and we'll come back with a plan and a price.

• Is there a deposit? What if we don't show up?

  For groups up to 9 we hold the slot with no deposit. For bigger groups, and from Friday to Sunday, we take a small deposit that comes off the bill. Cancel at least a day ahead and nothing is charged; no-show without notice and the deposit is kept.

• Can we bring our own food or drink?

  Drink, no: there's a full bar and you order from the room. Birthday cake, yes, and we'll keep it cold until the moment you want it. Anything else, ask when you book.

• Is there step-free access? Toilets?

  Yes. The entrance and the ground-floor rooms are step-free, and there is an accessible toilet. Tell us when you book that you're arriving in a wheelchair and we'll hold a ground-floor room for you.

• Can we record the session?

  Whatever you film in the room is yours. We record nothing of your night, audio or video. There is a security camera in every room, as there is everywhere in the building, purely for safety.

• Do we need to prepare anything?

  Nothing at all. Come as you are, with whatever voice you've got. The only baggage that doesn't clear security is self-consciousness; mics, lyrics, sound, lights and drinks are waiting inside.
